Report scoring errors no later than Tuesday afternoon – send a pic of both the score summary sheet and the rubric with the error to email@example.com.
If you have a student who also made one of the instrumental group (excluding jazz band) they must choose one or the other no later than noon Tuesday, February 6th.
Check the spelling of your students’ names and report errors by Wednesday, February 7th.
PLEASE READ – the certificates are printed by the computer. It adds the words “High School” after the way it is listed on the results. EXAMPLE: “Harrison” on the printout will be printed as “Harrison High School” on the certificate. Your certificates will be printed like that using your school name as it appears in the printout. If you would like it changed send your preference to Tom no later than Friday, February 9th.
Print the Student Information sheet for all of your students. Make certain they return the Code of Conduct to you.
Have your mixed choir singers spend as much time as possible with O Nata Lux.
Make certain your students bring ALL of the music.
Make certain your Mixed Choir singers have a copy of the SATB Score Markings the clinician requested.
Make certain all of your students bring a pencil to all rehearsals.
Bring a choir folder for the concert.
Concert attire – For schools with formal concert uniforms (such as tuxes or robes), students can wear those. For schools who do not, students will need to wear concert black. For girls, this would include- black dresses or black skirts (at least knee length) or black slacks with a black sleeved blouse and black dress shoes. For guys-black slacks with a black dress shirt, black socks and black dress shoes.
